Production Process
Clematis Polska Team supporing customers from the very beginning – first contact with the client till to finalize of production. Due to the fact that we have a long term experience (we are on market since 1993) our Team is always happy to offer you professional advice regarding to pattern cutting, design development, fabric trim and sourcing, fitting, grading, embellishment (embroidery/ print).
We are working together with our customers for the best outcomes – the best price & quality.
Consultation with the client leading to create a project based on customer’s expectations we also give a choice of materials and colours. We also offer a proper to the product embellishments. Then our designer creates pattern cutting and grading, individually tailored to the needs of the contract. On request, we create a physical sample which allows to test the product. In terms of embellishment, we make graphic designs and sample of embroidery then customer have a possibility for some modifications before mass production. Type of packing and labelling depends of customer’s needs. On the last stage, we pack whole order to boxes and sending directly to the customer.

EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is the most elegant & durable type of embellishment. It is perfect for labelling both business clothes and workwear. We have a modern and high efficiency embroidery machines. We offer Graphic & Program design; we can digitalize your logo then embroidery it on the any type of chosen garment. We are embroidering on pattern cuts (then we sew up all elements together) or on the finished product (delivered by the client or sourcing by us). Usually we are cooperating with big customers but our production is flexible so there is not a problem for us if you have just a few pieces.
